Terms and Conditions

No shoes, sharp objects, food or drinks to be taken on the equipment.

No smoking on or near the equipment.

Please do not allow animals on the equipment.

Ensure children are always supervised by a responsible adult whilst playing on the equipment.

Remember this equipment is run by electricity. Keep cables out of harms way. Make sure children do not tamper with fans and working parts etc.

Whilst the equipment is in the possession of the hirer the company WILL NOT accept any responsibility for damage or injury to persons or property.

The hirer will be responsible for the cost of any repairs needed, including carriage to and from repairers, for any damage caused by misuse of the equipment. Normal fair wear and tear excluded.

Ensure that all hard, sharp or dangerous objects are removed, i.e. buckles, pens, jewellery Etc. Spectacles must also be removed.

Do not allow users, who, when standing on the bouncing surface, are taller than the sides, to use the inflatables.

Ensure that the inflatables are not overloaded and that each user has room enough to play. We recommended that larger, more boisterous children are segregated from smaller ones.

Do not allow children to bounce on the front/step of the inflatables.

Do not let children climb, hang or jump on the sides or back of the inflatables.

We normally deliver on the morning of the event and collect in the evening or the next morning provided the inflatable is on a secure site.

Information required on booking

Name, Address and telephone number.

Site of the event and whether the inflatable is going on grass, sand or concrete.

We need to know if there is electricity on the site and how far away it is from the inflatable.

It is necessary to also let us know the start and finish times of the event.

We accept bookings by telephone

Payment is due in full at the time of delivery

If you have to cancel your booking for any reason please telephone us by 3pm the day prior to your event
